Sciara is born from the encounter between Paola Lenti and Marella Ferrera and from the creative attention that their eyes, both complicit and competent, have focused on basaltic lava, the solidified volcanic magma known by this name in Sicily.

It allows for surfaces with unpredictable variations, all imbued with colour and life, the result of artisanal processes that let the material express itself freely.
