Cosmo
Cosmo is a rug for exterior and interior environments hand made with a one- or two-colours cord.
The elements composing the surface of the rug are completely hand-made; the elements feature different dimensions and production techniques: some are created by sewing the cord in a spiral-like pattern; others are shaped to form round decorated modules.
The elements are then joined together with machine stitches using a yarn of the same colour as the cord.
The floor can be seen through the gaps within and between the elements.
Only one colour can be chosen for the standard version: it is also possible to create custom-made rugs by selecting a maximum of ten colours.
The handwork and the preciousness of the designs advise against the use of Cosmo in high traffic areas.
The colours of fabrics and materials in the photo-galleries are to be considered an indication only and can never replace the use of real samples when ordering.
